Job summary

Wing Assistant is seeking a Video Editor & Production Assistant for a 100% remote role with a 10:00 AM–7:00 PM EST schedule. You will coordinate contractors, manage cloud media, and edit 4K/6K footage using Adobe Premiere Pro, with training for Shade and AI tools provided.

Work from home, maintain smooth video workflows, and support daily tasks through Claude and ChatGPT. A high‑performance PC/Mac and reliable internet are required; strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

Video-editing experience required; client offers five training sessions on Premiere Pro and Shade workflows.
High English proficiency; clear communication with videographers/contractors and ability to understand technical manuals/training recordings.
Tech-savviness; comfortable navigating cloud-based media platforms and researching AI video-making tools on demand.

Responsibilities

Contractor coordination: identify, contact, and schedule qualified videographers for shoots.
Cloud media management: organize media files, maintain naming conventions, review footage to flag unnecessary video for deletion.
Video editing: edit video using Adobe Premiere Pro and handle 4K/6K footage via cloud workflows.
AI video production: research and use AI video tools to produce videos on demand.
Workflow organization: coordinate overall video-editing workflows and assist with tasks using Claude and ChatGPT.
