STERRY is a Growth Marketing Agency seeking a skilled Video Editor to craft high-performing video advertisements for YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. You will manage the full lifecycle from concept to final cut, collaborating with stakeholders to align brand and narrative across platforms.

This fully remote, full-time role offers flexible hours and exposure to international markets, with opportunities to implement new editing techniques and drive measurable results for client campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Film/Multimedia, Communications, Marketing or related field is a plus, but portfolio or hands‑on experience matters.
• 3–5 years of experience in video editing and/or digital advertising, focusing on video ads.
• Proven track record of high-performing video ads on platforms like YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok.
• Proficiency in video editing software and motion graphics tools.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising metrics and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble raw video footage into compelling ad films.
• Follow briefs, plan sequences, and ensure continuity and quality across cuts.
• Add music, dialogue, graphics and effects to elevate production value.
• Create rough and final cuts with attention to brand alignment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from production to post‑production.
• Explore new editing technologies and best practices to improve efficiency.
