Job summary

RevStone, a U.S.-based marketing agency, is seeking a Video Editor to craft short-form ads and social content from a Philippines-based remote setup. You will deliver at least 30 edited pieces per week, ensure hooks, pacing, captions, and sound-off readiness, and format outputs for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

Collaborate with media buyers and copywriters, manage your queue, and uphold brand guidelines while meeting deadlines in a fast-moving team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on video editing experience.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro or CapCut.
• Portfolio of short-form edits: ads, reels, TikToks, or YouTube Shorts.
• Experience captions/subtitles and editing for sound-off viewing.
• Organized, deadline-driven with repeatable processes.
• Reliable home office setup with editing-capable computer and fast internet.

Responsibilities

• Edit a minimum of 30 pieces of content per week — primarily short-form vertical video (ads, social clips, talking-head content, before/after project footage).
• Cut raw client footage into polished, caption-ready edits with strong hooks, tight pacing, and clean audio.
• Produce multiple variations of winning ads (new hooks, new CTAs, new openers) for A/B testing.
• Format deliverables correctly for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube placements.
• Work directly with media buyers to understand which creatives are performing and iterate on winners.
• Turn copywriters' scripts and hooks into finished video; manage queue through project management system and hit deadlines.
