Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional video editing experience with a portfolio.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut are a plus.
• Understanding of platform-specific formats, pacing, hooks, and retention.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet fast turnaround times.
• Reliable internet connection and a professional editing workstation.
• Able to work US business hours.

Responsibilities

• Edit and deliver short-form and/or long-form video content on a consistent schedule.
• Apply brand-aligned visual styling, pacing, sound design, and captions.
• Create platform-specific edits optimized for channels such as Meta, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Handle multicam sync, audio cleanup, and basic color correction where required.
• Incorporate motion graphics, text animation, and light visual effects where needed.
• Organize and manage project files using established workflows (Frame.io, Google Drive, or similar).
• Incorporate feedback quickly while maintaining quality and fast turnaround.
• Use AI tools where appropriate to support editing efficiency.
