Job summary

ReciMe is seeking a video editor to craft engaging, high-performing short-form video ads for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. You will adapt content for various platforms, collaborate with creators and marketers, and automate repetitive tasks to ship multiple variations quickly.

You will bring a strong performance marketing mindset, a portfolio of ads that convert, and proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, and design tools.

Qualifications

• You are a highly creative and detail-oriented video editor with a portfolio of short-form ad content that performs.
• You understand performance marketing and edit for attention, emotion, and conversion.
• You’ve created ads for Meta, TikTok and YouTube that convert.
• You are fluent in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (or equivalent), CapCut, and Figma or Photoshop.
• You’re comfortable using AI tools and building them into your workflow.
• You’re collaborative, fast, and resourceful, juggling multiple variations under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form video ads using raw footage, voiceovers, and creator content with strong clarity and pacing.
• Adapt content for different platforms and audiences to feel native to each channel.
• Collaborate with creators, copywriters, and performance marketers to test variations and hooks.
• Automate repetitive edits (captions, cutdowns, resizing, localization) to ship more variations.
• Interpret performance data to improve ad outcomes and drive conversions.
• Help shape ad creative look, maintaining brand tone and aesthetics.
