Job summary

Reliasourcing Inc. is seeking a driven Video Editor to support our paid social advertising and digital growth. Transform raw footage, scripts, and UGC into high-converting video ads across Meta, TikTok, and other platforms with emphasis on performance data.

The role requires strong editing fundamentals, speed of execution, and the ability to optimize creatives based on CTR and hold rate metrics. Collaboration with marketing teams and adherence to brand guidelines are essential.

Qualifications

2+ years of hands-on video editing experience.
Proven experience editing paid social ads for platforms such as Meta and TikTok.
Strong portfolio of short-form, performance-driven ad creatives.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; working knowledge of After Effects and Photoshop.
Strong written and spoken English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Edit raw footage into high-converting paid social video ads (Meta, TikTok).
Build ads from scripts, hooks, storyboards, and assets to support rapid testing.
Produce multiple performance variations (hooks, pacing, captions, CTAs).
Edit UGC, testimonials, explainers, and product demos for clarity and engagement.
Design supporting static ad graphics in line with brand guidelines.
Use Premiere Pro as the primary editing tool; leverage After Effects and Photoshop as needed.
Leverage AI tools to improve speed, efficiency, and output quality.
Collaborate with marketing and growth teams on fast turnarounds across projects.
Ensure assets meet platform policies and brand standards.
