Job summary

Lilo Social is seeking a talented Video Editor to craft high-performing video ads for paid social campaigns. You will edit engaging, conversion-focused content for Meta, TikTok, and Instagram Reels while collaborating with our creative strategists and design team in a fully remote environment.

We value fast turnarounds and a strong grasp of performance creative principles. You will work across multiple client accounts, maintaining brand voice and delivering top-quality video assets on tight

Qualifications

2–4 years of video editing experience in performance marketing or advertising.
Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
Motion graphics and animation capabilities.
Strong understanding of performance creative principles and direct response video best practices.
Experience editing UGC and creator-style content; fast turnaround with high volume output.

Responsibilities

Edit high-performing video ads for paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
Execute on briefs and storyboards from creative strategists.
Add motion graphics, text overlays, captions, and effects to enhance storytelling.
Create attention-grabbing under-15-second ads using raw UGC and branded content.
Collaborate with strategists and designers; iterate based on performance data.
Manage assets and project files across multiple client accounts.
