Job summary

GrowthAssistant is seeking a Video Editor for Paid Social Ads to join a fully remote team. Edit conversion-focused videos for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other placements, building openings, storytelling, captions, and CTAs.

Bring 2+ years of video editing experience with a portfolio of performance-driven creative. Proficient in Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve, with a keen eye for direct-response editing and rapid testing of variants.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional video editing experience with ads or performance-driven creative.
• Strong understanding of direct-response editing, hooks, offers, CTAs, pacing and retention.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve or equivalent editing software.

Responsibilities

• Edit paid social video ads for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other placements.
• Build compelling openings, clear story structure, messaging, captions and CTAs.
• Create variants from scripts, briefs, raw footage for structured testing.
• Optimize pacing, audio, text overlays, framing and export specs for mobile-first viewing.
• Apply feedback, manage revisions, file organization, and deadlines.
