Job summary

STERRY is a growth marketing agency specialized in crowdfunding and e-commerce, seeking a highly skilled Video Editor to craft high-performing video advertisements for online platforms. You will handle the full lifecycle from planning to editing and optimization.

We value a strong portfolio and 3–5 years of video editing experience, with proficiency in Premiere Pro and After Effects. This is a fully remote, full-time position with flexible hours and a dynamic, results-driven team.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in video editing and/or digital advertising, focused on video ads.
Proven track record of high-performing video ads for platforms like YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok.

Responsibilities

Manipulate and edit film pieces so cuts are seamless and invisible to the audience.
Take briefs and align with production needs and specs.
Review scripts and raw material to create shot lists based on continuity and value.
Trim footage and assemble sequences to tell a compelling story.
Add music, dialogues, graphics and effects to enhance production value.
Create rough and final cuts while maintaining quality control.
Ensure logical sequencing and smooth delivery across all deliverables.
Consult with stakeholders to align with brand and narrative goals.
Adopt new editing technologies and industry best practices to improve efficiency.
Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.
