Virtual Assist, Llc is seeking a creative Video Editor with appointment-setting experience for a hybrid role in the Philippines. You will edit high-quality videos for YouTube, social media, and campaigns while proactively reaching out to prospects and booking qualified appointments.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in video editing and 1+ year in outreach, with strong English communication, CRM familiarity, and the ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional video editing experience.
• At least 1 year of appointment setting or lead outreach experience.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut.
• Experience creating content for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Edit high-quality long-form and short-form videos for YouTube, podcasts, social media, and campaigns.
• Create reels, TikToks, Shorts, and promos with captions and motion graphics.
• Organize assets and manage editing workflows.
• Ensure content aligns with branding and quality standards.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop visual content.
• Repurpose long-form content into short-form assets.
• Maintain turnaround times while handling multiple projects.
• Source royalty-free music, SFX, stock footage, and graphics.
• Perform color correction, audio enhancement, and basic motion graphics.
• Stay updated on video trends and platform best practices.
• Conduct outbound outreach via Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, email to generate podcast guests or leads.
• Qualify prospects per company criteria and respond to inbound inquiries.
• Schedule appointments and calls using company calendars.
• Follow up with leads to maximize bookings and conversions.
• Maintain CRM records and outreach activity.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve messaging and processes.
• Track outreach metrics and provide weekly reports.
