Position: Video Editor

Duties and Responsibilities

• Digital marketing education (tutorials, marketing insights, business videos)
• Music & AI creative content (AI music videos, Suno songs, creative short‑form content)
• AI news & commentary (AI influencers delivering updates)
• Editing longform YouTube videos
• Creating and editing AI‑generated content (AI influencer videos, AI music visuals, etc.)
• Making engaging shorts for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
• Using YouTube analytics to find high‑performing moments and turn them into clear, narrative‑ready clips
• Adding intros/outros, captions, transitions, and branding
• Repurposing old videos into new content formats
• Creating vertical/horizontal versions of videos depending on platform
• Daily YouTube uploads during weekdays
• Regular short‑form content across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
• Flexible hours as long as deadlines and volume goals are met
• CapCut, InShot, DaVinci Resolve (optional)
• Any tool that supports subtitles, branding, and platform‑specific exports
• Also helpful: Experience analyzing YouTube Studio retention graphs, Familiarity with AI video workflows, Strong storytelling sense when cutting clips
• Both my YouTube and Facebook channels are monetized, and the goal of this assistant role is to help increase revenue through:
  • Consistent uploads
  • Strategic repurposing
  • Expanding output from longform and short form content
  • Leveraging our large existing content library.

Technical Requirements

• A dedicated secluded working space away from noise and any distractions
• Updated personal computer or laptop with webcam
• Stable internet connection of at least 5Mbps and a backup of a pocket WiFi or Mobile Data
