Job summary

Cellexia Labs is a European beauty and skincare company with a fully remote team across time zones. We seek a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support Meta Ads and advertorial operations, ensuring campaigns and content launch on schedule.

You will manage ad uploads, organize advertorials, track performance, and coordinate with marketing/creative teams to prep assets ahead of launches. Strong English and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a virtual assistant, marketing assistant, or ad operations support
• Familiar with Meta Ads Manager or willing to learn quickly
• Comfortable with Google Docs, Sheets, and basic CMS/publishing tools
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and communication in English

Responsibilities

• Assist in building, uploading, and launching Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns from briefs
• Organize and format advertorial content for publishing, including layout and links
• Track ad and advertorial performance and compile reports
• Manage creative asset libraries with clear labeling and retrieval
• Coordinate with marketing and creative teams to prep assets before launches
• Monitor live campaigns for issues and flag problems promptly
• Maintain records of briefs, versions, and publishing schedules
• Support ad-hoc research on competitors, trends, or platform updates
