Job summary

Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking a senior tax professional to lead tax compliance across federal, state, and local returns, and to provide planning and client advisory support. You will mentor staff, ensure quality control, and participate in practice management initiatives within a dynamic outsourcing environment.

The role emphasizes technical tax knowledge, leadership, and collaboration with clients and internal teams, with a focus on accuracy, deadlines, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Preferred: Hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience serving closely held businesses and high-net-worth individuals is desirable.
• Experience with multi-state clients and tax planning engagements.

Responsibilities

• Manage preparation and review of income tax returns including 1040, 1065, 1120, 1120-S.
• Review staff work for accuracy and completeness and ensure compliance with laws.
• Identify tax-saving opportunities and participate in year-round planning.
• Lead Senior Tax Associates and Tax Associates; mentor staff on technical issues.
• Monitor deadlines, budgeting, and firm profitability; support practice management.
