The role requires mentoring junior staff, handling multi-entity engagements, and supporting offshore teams in a flexible work-from-home setup. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of tax experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with professional tax software, with CPA licensure preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
• 5+ years of income tax preparation experience, preferably in public accounting or outsourced tax services.
• Strong knowledge of US federal and state income tax for individuals and businesses.
• Experience with complex, multi-entity returns and interconnected books.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with professional tax software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review complex individual, business, and multi-entity income tax returns.
• Identify tax planning opportunities and document conclusions clearly.
• Serve as senior point of contact for assigned tax clients and coordinate timelines.
• Mentor and review the work of junior income tax staff and support offshore team training.
