Job summary

TeamUp is seeking a Bookkeeper for a full-time independent contractor role to support multiple U.S.-based clients. The candidate will perform reconciliations, maintain accurate records, and assist with month-end activities from a remote setup.

Required are 2–3 years of U.S. bookkeeping experience, a Bachelor’s in Accounting, and strong English communication. Flexible schedule and a collaborative, growth-oriented team environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 2–3 years of U.S. bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Strong proficiency in Xero and cloud-based systems.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage bookkeeping for multiple U.S.-based clients.
• Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations.
• Support month-end close and provide accurate records.
• Assist with historical cleanup for onboarding clients.
• Handle AR/AP reconciliation as needed.
