ConnectOS is seeking a US Audit Senior to lead fieldwork from the Philippines with a focus on audits, reviews, and compilations in line with US GAAP/GAAS. The role reports to engagement leadership and involves preparing workpapers, financial statements, and adjusting entries.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring engagements run on time and within budget, and leveraging advanced Excel and reporting tools. WFH arrangements and competitive compensation are offered.

Formación

• 4+ years of work experience as a Senior Auditor.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and US GAAS.
• Audit testing and documentation skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and review capabilities.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong problem solving and root cause analysis.
• Time management.
• Communication skills.
• Client service orientation.
• Teamwork and collaboration.
• CPA preferred, or evidence of working toward CPA.
• Ability to research problems and complex accounting issues.
• Be involved in running audits within budget.

Responsabilidades

• Perform audit, review, and compilation procedures per firm methodology and standards.
• Prepare thorough and accurate audit workpapers and supporting documentation.
• Perform substantive testing and analytical procedures; document results.
• Communicate findings to engagement leadership.
• Assist drafting financial statements and disclosures; prepare adjusting entries and recommendations.
• Coordinate information requests and maintain client relationships.
• Train and mentor staff accountants and interns.
• Meet engagement deadlines and stay within budget; track time accurately.
