Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
3+ years US external audit experience (public practice or equivalent).
Proficiency in US GAAP/GAAS and related standards.
Experience with audit software and cloud collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

Plan engagement: Define scope, materiality, and risk; tailor audit programs.
Test controls: walkthroughs of key processes and test design & operating effectiveness.
Execute substantive work: analytical procedures and tests of details.
Revenue & leases focus: evaluate ASC 606 and ASC 842.
Key estimates: audit AR allowances, inventory, impairments, contingencies.
Sampling & data: defensible sampling; reconcile populations; use data tools.
Workpapers: build PBC lists, cross-references; GAAS-compliant docs.
Findings & recommendations: identify deficiencies; remediation steps.
Compliance & updates: stay current on US GAAP/GAAS; support reviews.
Close the loop: wrap-up, letters, final reporting.
