Job summary

GoTeam is seeking an Underwriting Operations Specialist in the Philippines for a work-from-home role with night hours (11:00 PM–8:00 AM PH Time). You will manage policy submissions, issue transactions, and perform QA checks before bind in a US-based specialty insurance operation.

You’ll own submission intake, policy setup, issuance, and post-bind servicing while following established procedures, compliance rules, and broker/TPA templates.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of insurance industry experience in policy operations or underwriting support.
• Working knowledge of commercial lines policy transactions — endorsements, new business, renewals, cancellations, and loss runs.
• Follow procedures and comply with rules in a structured environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Willingness to work a permanent night shift (11:00 PM–8:00 AM PH Time) from home.

Responsibilities

• Set up new submissions in the policy administration system.
• Issue policy transactions with QA review prior to bind.
• Process endorsements, new business, renewals, and cancellations per compliance rules.
• Handle post-bind servicing requests and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate with brokers, insureds, and TPAs using approved templates.
