Job summary

BruntWork is seeking a UK Mortgage Specialist for a remote, outsourced role. You will own end-to-end case management from post-fact-find to offer and completion, ensuring FCA compliance and enabling advisers to focus on client relationships.

Responsibilities include submitting applications, managing documentation in CRM SMARTR365, and maintaining audit-ready files while adhering to lender SLAs and Consumer Duty requirements.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a UK mortgage administrator or para-planner.
• Strong knowledge of UK mortgage processes and FCA compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple cases remotely with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end mortgage cases from post-fact-find to offer and completion.
• Submit applications to lenders and complete client details in the CRM.
• Upload documentation and maintain compliant, audit-ready files.
• Monitor SLAs and chase cases through to offer with updates to clients.
• Flag compliance or lender policy issues promptly to advisers.
