Job summary

WilsonHCG Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Treasury/Cash Management professional to oversee daily cash positions, process banking transactions, and coordinate with banks. The role includes reconciliations, reporting, and ensuring compliance with internal controls.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of treasury or banking experience, strong Excel skills, and attention to detail. Remote work options are available within the Philippines, with potential for payroll funding and vendor payments

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in treasury, banking, accounting, accounts payable, or finance operations.
• Strong understanding of banking transactions and cash management principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems (e.g., ERP systems, treasury management systems, or online banking platforms).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash balances across multiple bank accounts.
• Prepare daily cash position reports and forecast cash requirements.
• Process electronic payments, wire transfers, ACH transactions, and other banking activities.
• Coordinate with banks regarding account maintenance, transaction inquiries, and issue resolution.
• Assist with opening, closing, and maintaining bank accounts and banking documentation.
• Ensure timely funding of payroll, vendor payments, and other corporate obligations.
• Maintain banking platforms and support user access administration.
• Monitor incoming receipts and outgoing payments to ensure accuracy.
• Track and report outstanding transactions, deposits, and bank fees.
• Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations.
• Investigate and resolve banking discrepancies and unreconciled items.
• Maintain treasury records and supporting documentation.
• Assist in preparing treasury reports, cash forecasts, and financial analysis.
• Follow treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Support audit requests by providing treasury-related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and company policies.
• Help identify and mitigate payment and fraud risks.
• Maintain treasury files and records.
• Assist with special projects related to banking, cash management, and treasury systems.
• Support implementation and testing of banking platforms and treasury management tools.
