Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Treasury & Liquidity Specialist based in Mexico for a fully remote, globally distributed operation. You will manage liquidity across USD, EUR, GBP and local currencies, execute fund movements, and coordinate with banks, liquidity providers, and stablecoin platforms.

Collaborate with Finance, Compliance, Product, and Engineering to resolve liquidity issues, support new markets, and provide dashboards for month-end close.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in treasury or liquidity operations.
• Experience in crypto, fintech, or financial institutions.
• Multi-market liquidity management across fiat and crypto.
• Experience with wire, ACH, and SWIFT payments.
• Knowledge of stablecoins such as USDC and USDT.
• Strong reconciliation and accuracy.
• Regulatory awareness helpful.
• Excellent communication across teams.
• Ability to work US business hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage liquidity and fund transfers across currencies.
• Monitor balances and prevent disruptions.
• Execute payments and crypto conversions with desks.
• Support liquidity planning and reporting.
• Maintain banking and liquidity relationships.
• Reconcile statements and document movements.
• Assist with month-end close and dashboards.
• Provide operational support for liquidity needs.
• Collaborate with Finance, Compliance, Product, Eng.
• Strengthen operational resilience and cross-train.
