Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics or related field.
• Masters/MBA/CTP desired or equivalent certifications.
• Minimum 6 years progressive treasury/finance experience.
• At least 2 years managing and implementing Concur (Travel & Expense).
• Experience in multinational or regionally present companies.
• Advanced Concur knowledge including expense policies, approvals, reporting, reconciliations.
• Proficient in Excel (macros, pivot tables, financial modeling).
• Understanding of treasury-related accounting and tax regulations.
• Knowledge of financial instruments, derivatives, FX, interest rates, investments.
• Desirable ERP experience.
• Spanish: native or advanced; English: advanced.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute treasury strategy to ensure liquidity for operations and projects.
• Monitor, analyze, and forecast cash flow daily/weekly/monthly.
• Manage global/local cash positions and optimize resources (cash pooling).
• Implement and maintain internal control policies for payments and fund management.
• Negotiate and manage credit lines and banking conditions.
• Evaluate hedging strategies against FX and interest rate risks.
• Oversee bank accounts, signatories, and related processes.
• Lead Concur implementation, configuration and improvements.
• Define/update corporate travel and expense policies in Concur.
• Train users, resolve system issues, and develop manuals.
• Ensure integration between Concur, ERP, and payroll systems.
• Validate expense reconciliation and settlements with traceability and compliance.
• Supervise payment scheduling and execution to vendors and employees.
• Ensure compliance with approval workflows and contractual obligations.
• Support audits and implement corrective actions.
