Dreamport is hiring a Remote Travel Consultant to work 100% remotely. You will build your own travel consulting business from anywhere, with no base salary and income based entirely on sales results. Commissions are paid monthly in arrears, and your earnings scale with performance.

You will access professional booking tools and a global network to support client needs. In this role, you set your own availability and work with returning clients while training is provided to help you grow.

Your discipline is your first investment. Strong daily commitment is needed across the journey:

1. Self-paced learning: 1 week
2. Live virtual training: 1 week
3. Guided practice: 2 weeks

Weeks 1–2 are not paid.

PERFORMANCE-BASED PAY FROM WEEK 3: completed client transactions in guided practice are compensated
