Dreamport is seeking a Remote Travel Consultant to join a 100% remote team. You will sell travel services and build your own consulting business from anywhere with strong English skills and a disciplined approach.

There is no base salary; income depends entirely on sales performance, with commissions paid monthly in arrears. Training is provided at no cost, and you’ll have access to client requests, tools, and a global network with 20 years of industry experience.

In this role there is NO base salary: your income depends 100% on your sales results. Commissions are paid monthly in arrears

Your discipline is your first investment. Strong daily commitment is needed across the journey:

1. 1 Self-paced learning: 1 week
2. 2 Live virtual training: 1 week
3. 3 Guided practice: 2 weeks

Weeks 1-2 are not paid.

PERFORMANCE-BASED PAY FROM WEEK 3: completed client transactions in guided practice are compensated
