Job summary

Dreamport is hiring a Remote Travel consultant on a 100% remote basis. You will build your own travel consulting business from anywhere with provided client requests and professional booking tools. Advanced English is required, and pay is commission-based with monthly commissions in arrears.

There is no base salary; your income depends entirely on sales success. Training is provided, and you set your own schedule to work with an international client base.

In this role there is NO base salary: your income depends 100% on your sales results. Commissions are paid monthly in arrears

Your discipline is your first investment. Strong daily commitment is needed across the journey:

1. 1 Self-paced learning: 1 week
2. 2 Live virtual training: 1 week
3. 3 Guided practice: 2 weeks

Weeks 1-2 are not paid.

PERFORMANCE-BASED PAY FROM WEEK 3: completed client transactions in guided practice are compensated
