Dreamport is hiring a Remote Travel Consultant for 100% remote work. There is no base salary; your income depends entirely on your sales results, with commissions paid monthly in arrears. You will work with provided client requests and leverage a global network with 20 years in the industry.

The role includes free training, self-paced learning, live virtual training, guided practice, and weeks 1-2 unpaid. Advanced English required, and you must manage your own taxes, insurance and business

Your discipline is your first investment. Strong daily commitment is needed across the journey:

1. 1 Self-paced learning: 1 week
2. 2 Live virtual training: 1 week
3. 3 Guided practice: 2 weeks

Weeks 1-2 are not paid.

PERFORMANCE-BASED PAY FROM WEEK 3: completed client transactions in guided practice are compensated
