Job summary

Pear Tree. is seeking a TMP Designer to develop Traffic Management Plans and diagrams for NZ projects. You will work remotely under an Independent Contractor Agreement, collaborating with operations teams, STMSs, clients and authorities to ensure compliant, practical TMPs delivered on time.

The role requires strong planning skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of NZGTTM. NZ-based or related experience is preferred, with ongoing professional development opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Experience in Traffic Management Planning and TMP design.
• Familiarity with NZGTTM and RCA requirements.
• Ability to prepare TMPs and related documentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, submit and amend TMPs per NZGTTM and RCA requirements.
• Develop accurate traffic diagrams and supporting docs.
• Design practical TMP solutions based on site conditions.
• Maintain records of TMPs, revisions and approvals.
• Collaborate with operations, clients and authorities.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Support project delivery with timely technical input.
