Job summary

Beepo in Clark, Pampanga is seeking an AU Tile Estimator to review drawings, prepare BOQ and BOM, and estimate quantities for tiling, waterproofing, screeding and related works.

You will coordinate with suppliers, review quotations, submit tenders on time, and ensure all project requirements are captured in estimates. 1–2 years estimating experience in tiling preferred; remote day shift. Strong attention to detail and communication with clients and team are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of estimating experience in construction or tiling.
• Experience preparing BOQ and BOM.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience with Australian builders is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, specs, and project requirements.
• Prepare BOQ and BOM and material lists.
• Estimate quantities for tiling, waterproofing, and screeding.
• Request quotes from suppliers and review subcontractor quotes.
• Submit tenders by deadlines and maintain pricing records.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams throughout the process.
• Identify discrepancies in project documents.
