Job summary

Enterprise Management Solutions, LLC is seeking a TikTok Ads Performance Specialist based in the Philippines for remote contract work. You will support U.S.-based client campaigns, focusing on TikTok Ads, creative testing, pixel setup, and CRM attribution.

The role requires hands-on experience with TikTok Ads, native content testing, and strong analytical skills. Remote contract with Philippine-based hours and EST schedule for client coordination.

Qualifications

• Based in the Philippines with hands-on TikTok Ads experience (2–4 years).
• Strong knowledge of short-form video strategy and paid social optimization.
• Experience installing TikTok Pixel and basic Events API setup is required.
• Familiarity with CRM integrations; GoHighLevel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, launch, and manage TikTok campaigns with clear goals and budgets.
• Develop creative testing plans for TikTok-native content and hooks.
• Monitor metrics (CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA) and adjust bids, audiences, and budgets.
• Install and troubleshoot TikTok Pixel, Events API, UTM tracking, and CRM attribution.
• Prepare weekly campaign summaries and monthly performance reports.
