You will manage substantial budgets and collaborate with analytics, creative, and web teams to drive growth. The role requires 3+ years of hands-on paid social experience, strong Meta/TikTok Ads skills, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on paid social experience (agency preferred).
• Advanced experience with Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong experience with TikTok Ads.
• Proven ability to manage and scale campaigns.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Understanding of the relationship between creative and performance.
• Strong commercial understanding of paid media and business outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Confident client communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Bonus: Google Ads, GA4, GTM, Looker Studio or attribution modelling.

Responsibilities

• Own paid social strategy, execution and optimisation.
• Manage and scale significant monthly advertising budgets.
• Analyse performance data and identify opportunities for growth.
• Develop creative hooks, angles and testing strategies.
• Work closely with creative teams to turn insights into high-performing ads.
• Lead client conversations and communicate strategy confidently.
• Optimise towards commercial outcomes including ROAS, MER, CAC and revenue.
• Support new business pitches and mentor junior team members at Senior level.
