iScale Solutions is seeking a Senior Technical Lead to guide the EU-PH Digital Economy Package infrastructure and telecom components from a remote location. You will report to the Project Leader and oversee strategy, design, procurement, QA, and budget while coordinating with national and international partners.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree in a related field and 8+ years in senior telecom/network roles, with excellent leadership and English communication skills.

Formación

• Master's degree in a related technical field is required.
• At least 8 years in senior technical or engineering roles in telecom/network/infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of high-speed connectivity infrastructure and data processing systems.
• Experience with donor-funded or EU-funded projects is advantageous.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical leadership for infrastructure and telecom components of the EU-PH Digital Economy Package.
• Report to the Project Leader and serve as Deputy Project Leader when required.
• Oversee technical strategy, infrastructure delivery, QA, partnerships, and budget execution.
• Define infrastructure architecture, standards, and specifications for networks and data infrastructure.
• Lead feasibility studies, design, deployment, testing, and handover of network, computing, and data-processing infrastructure.
• Prepare technical specifications and monitor contractor performance.
• Recruit and supervise technical experts and consultants to ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee budget lines, risks, and corrective actions.
• Track indicators, maintain monitoring tools, and contribute to reports.
• Coordinate with government bodies and international partners for project success.
