Job summary

Zone & Co is seeking a Functional Consultant to gather and analyze client business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and user stories within a fintech/ERP SaaS context.

You will collaborate with technical teams to design/configure solutions, conduct product demonstrations and training, and support testing and QA to ensure error-free implementations across our global, remote team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a functional consulting role within the fintech industry.
• Experience with enterprise software implementation projects (ERP/CRM).
• Fluency in English; additional European languages a plus.
• Strong communication and client-facing abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, global SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from customers
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and configure solutions that meet customer needs
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers
• Assist in testing and quality assurance processes to ensure solutions meet requirements and are error-free
• Provide ongoing support to customers, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements as needed
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met
• Document processes, configurations, and customisations for future reference
• Participate in pre-sales activities such as solution presentations and proposal development
• Other duties as prescribed
