Rockstar is recruiting for a Talent Associate to conduct 10–15 minute introductory screening calls with senior US-based candidates. The role is a part-time, independent contractor position, fully remote, requiring availability during US hours.

The Talent Associate will build trust, gather candidate substance, and determine fit using screening scripts and an evaluation guide, while managing their own schedule and follow-ups.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruiting experience, including screening senior-level candidates in US-based markets.
• Excellent spoken English and on-phone communication skills.
• Sharp judgment to distinguish real substance from polished answers.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to log notes accurately.
• Self-starter, coachable, and comfortable taking ownership and giving quick feedback.
• Availability during US hours (early mornings and/or nights).

Responsibilities

• Run 10 to 15 minute introductory screening calls with senior US-based candidates
• Build genuine rapport fast so candidates feel heard and excited about next steps
• Cover key topics using screening scripts while keeping conversations natural
• Use the evaluation guide to assess fit and log findings in the system
• Own call scheduling, no-shows, and follow-ups with minimal reminders
• Spot patterns and suggest improvements to the screening process
