Qualifications

• 1-3 years of proven experience as a Recruiter.
• Experience in hiring US candidates is required.
• Familiarity with technologies like desktop sharing and VoIP.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strong candidate pipeline for high-quality hires.
• Manage the full cycle recruitment process including scheduling interviews.
• Contribute in ongoing process improvement.
