Job summary

Manila Recruitment is assisting a client, a full-service accounting and consulting firm established in 2012, to recruit a Staff Auditor for remote work.

You will analyze and audit procedures under supervision, prepare working papers, and report findings, with experience in US GAAP and government/nonprofit sectors preferred.

Qualifications include a bachelor's in accounting, CPA advantageous, and 2–5 years of related experience; QuickBooks and MS Office skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or an advanced degree preferred.
• CPA designation is advantageous.
• 2–5 years of experience in US GAAP and auditing.
• Experience in government, nonprofit, or HUD-related work is preferred.
• HUD experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of financial audit reports.
• Conduct planning, analytical procedures, testing controls, identifying audit risks, and communicating findings.
• Completes unplanned client projects, record-keeping and
• Actively manages workload, tracks deliverables, and identifies advisory opportunities with clients.
• Maintains client communication and manages relationships with supervisors.
