Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking an Auditor to join our team. You will conduct audits of financial statements in line with applicable standards and assist in planning, fieldwork, and documentation.

The role requires 1–3 years of external audit experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, and familiarity with audit software and Excel. CPA/CA is preferred but not mandatory. You will work in a remote environment with a focus on accuracy and professional communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 1–3 years of external audit experience.
• Pursuing or holding CPA/CA or equivalent (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of auditing standards and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Excel; Xero knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits of financial statements per NZ GAAP/IFRS.
• Assist in audit planning, risk assessment, and fieldwork procedures.
• Prepare and maintain audit working papers and documentation.
• Analyze financial data, identify discrepancies or risks, and provide recommendations.
• Complete audit files timely and accurately.
• Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to obtain documentation.
• Draft and review audit reports and management letters.
• Contribute to process improvements and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with team members in a remote environment and maintain communication.
