Job summary

Outsource Access, Inc. is seeking a technically skilled and partner‑oriented Solutions Engineer for a fully remote role.

You will handle MSP enablement, assist in pre‑sales demos, and guide onboarding and implementation of Island Browser with major identity providers and security controls. You will develop enablement playbooks, configure GenAI‑aware DLP, and capture partner feedback to improve products and processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Cloud, MSP-focused IT support, or related.
• Strong familiarity with Azure Entra ID, Google Workspace, and Active Directory/Entra ID.
• Experience with Identity Providers (IdPs) & SAML such as Okta, Ping, OneLogin, or similar.
• Understanding of VDI technologies (Citrix, VMware Horizon, Azure Virtual Desktop, etc.).
• Proficiency with networking fundamentals (DNS, SSL, VPNs, ZTNA, proxies).
• Endp oint management experience (Intune, GPO, JAMF, etc.).
• Hands-on with identity-based access (Conditional Access, device posture, SSO/MFA).
• Experience governing GenAI usage (prompt safety, auditing).
• Ability to conduct engaging technical demos and communicate with engineers and non-tech stakeholders.
• Fluency in English with strong written and verbal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities and ownership.
• Team-player in a fast-paced, remote Microsoft Teams environment.
• Clear, direct communicator who explains complex concepts simply.

Responsibilities

• Assist in pre-sales demos and proof-of-concept sessions.
• Guide MSP partners through training, onboarding, setup, and configuration of Island Browser.
• Deploy and integrate Island Browser with identity, network, and endpoint systems (Entra ID, Okta, GWS, Intune).
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues across network, identity, SaaS, DLP, ZTNA, SSO, and browser layers.
• Lead pilots and rollouts of GenAI-aware DLP with identity and productivity stacks.
• Configure identity- and context-based controls aligned with Conditional Access and telemetry.
• Create and update training/onboarding docs and technical guides for partners and internal teams.
• Capture partner feedback to improve demos, playbooks, and docs.
