Alignerr is seeking Software Engineers in Cebu City for a fully remote, flexible hourly contract role focused on evaluating and improving AI‑generated code. You’ll write, review, and refine solutions to help AI systems think like real developers.

Work asynchronously on 10–40 hours per week, with autonomy to set your own schedule. You’ll assess code quality, correctness, performance, readability, and security, and provide clear, structured feedback to guide AI improvements.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, Go, or TypeScript.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent problem solving and debugging skills.
• Strong written communication.

Responsabilités

• Write, debug, and optimize code across languages and domains.
• Review AI-generated code for correctness and efficiency.
• Identify bugs and performance bottlenecks in AI outputs.
• Provide structured feedback explaining decisions.
• Design prompts and edge cases to stress-test AI capabilities.
• Rank AI solutions by engineering quality.
• Work independently on your own schedule.
