Job summary

Alignerr is seeking Software Engineers in Davao City to build, evaluate, and improve AI-generated code. You will write solutions, review AI outputs, and provide expert feedback to train smarter, safer coding assistants. This fully remote, hourly contract offers independence and flexible scheduling.

You’ll tackle diverse languages and problem domains, review AI outputs for correctness, security, and performance, and push for higher quality and reliability in AI coding tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Proficiency in one or more of Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, Go, or TypeScript
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles

Responsibilities

• Write, debug, and optimize code across languages and domains
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and readability
• Identify bugs, security issues, and performance bottlenecks in AI outputs
• Provide structured feedback explaining why code works or not
• Design prompts and edge cases to stress-test AI capabilities
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
