Alignerr is seeking a Creative Writing Evaluator (AI Training) to read and evaluate AI-generated fiction, poetry, essays, and more. This remote hourly contract role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to shape how AI writes with human-like quality.

You will read, critique, and provide clear feedback, working asynchronously on your own schedule. Prior experience isn’t required, just a strong love of language and sharp literary judgment.

Qualifications

• Must love reading and writing across genres.
• Able to articulate why writing works or doesn’t with clarity.

Responsibilities

• Read and evaluate AI-generated writing across genres (fiction, poetry, essays, nonfiction).
• Rate outputs on style, coherence, tone, originality, and reader engagement.
• Identify weaknesses like clichés, awkward phrasing, inconsistencies, or flat characters.
• Provide clear, constructive feedback to guide improvements in AI writing quality.
