You will assess accuracy, safety, memory handling, and performance, while providing high-quality explanations and model solutions. Collaboration with AI teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in CS, ECE, or related field.
• 4+ years of production C software experience.
• Expert-level C with memory management and low-level debugging.
• Concurrence, OS interaction, and performance optimization experience.
• Familiar with build systems, compilers, linkers, debugging tools.
• C1 English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Experience conducting detailed code reviews and enforcing safety standards.
• Experience with version control, CI/CD, and automated testing.
• Experience with AI data training or evaluating AI content is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and systematic in evaluating low-level code.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI Training Content: Create detailed prompts to guide AI learning across topics.
• Optimize AI Performance: Evaluate and rank AI responses for accuracy and relevance.
• Ensure Model Integrity: Test AI models for inaccuracies or biases and reliability.
