Multiplymii LLC is hiring a Social Media Manager in the Philippines to own organic social for a portfolio of 4-5 eCommerce and DTC brands. Plan, create, and optimize content and campaigns to grow brand awareness, engage communities, and deliver measurable business results.

You'll manage platform strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and emerging channels, script and edit short-form video, and collaborate with Creative and paid teams to ensure cohesive growth and ROI.

Formación

• 3+ years managing social media for brands, with at least 2 years in eCommerce or DTC
• Experience handling multiple brands concurrently, agency experience preferred
• Portfolio showing accounts you’ve grown with before-and-after metrics (followers, engagement, reach, or revenue)
• Hands-on short-form video skills: script, direct, and edit Reels/TikToks
• Full availability during US Eastern Time (EST) business hours
• Excellent written English and adaptable tone across brands
• Reliable internet and a quiet workspace for client calls

Responsabilidades

• Manage organic social for 4-5 client brands with distinct voices and calendars
• Build and execute platform-specific strategies for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging channels
• Create and coordinate content (Reels, TikToks, carousels, memes, long-form) solo or with the Creative team
• Track and report engagement metrics and use data to optimize monthly performance
• Lead community management including comments and DMs, turning negative feedback into loyalty moments
• Spot trends and bring timely ideas to creative/strategy teams
• Partner with paid media to align organic and paid efforts
• Manage calendars, deadlines, and approvals across clients in project tools
• Present results and recommendations to clients during check-ins
