Job summary

Content Creators in the Philippines (Remote) is seeking a Social Media Manager to lead organic social for 4–5 ecommerce/DTC client brands. You will plan, create, and optimize content and campaigns across platforms to grow brand awareness, build engaged communities, and drive measurable business results.

You will manage multiple brands, craft platform-specific strategies, and collaborate with our Creative team to produce Reels, TikToks, carousels, memes, and long-form posts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing social media for brands; 2+ years in eCommerce or DTC.
• Experience handling multiple brands; agency experience preferred.
• Portfolio showing growth metrics (followers, engagement, reach, revenue).
• Hands-on short-form video skills: script, direct, and edit Reels and TikToks.
• Full availability during US EST business hours.
• Excellent written English and ability to adapt tone across brands.
• Reliable internet and a quiet workspace for client calls.

Responsibilities

• Manage organic social for 4–5 client brands, each with its own voice and calendar.
• Build and execute platform-specific strategies for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
• Create and coordinate content (Reels, TikToks, carousels, memes, long-form posts).
• Track engagement, reach, saves, shares, CTR, and conversions; optimize monthly.
• Lead community management including comments and DMs; turn negative feedback into loyalty moments.
• Spot trends early and bring timely ideas to the creative and strategy teams.
• Partner with paid media so organic and paid efforts support each other.
• Manage calendars, deadlines, and approvals across clients in project tools.
• Present results and recommendations to clients on regular check-ins.
