Job summary

DCX is hiring a Home-Based Marketing Designer to join our U.S.-based business. This full-time position focuses on both creative design and marketing output, leveraging a strong portfolio across web, social, print, and motion graphics.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in production or marketing design, with proficiency in WordPress with Elementor, Adobe Creative Suite, and a collaborative mindset. Remote work offers ongoing growth and exposure to diverse campaigns.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
1–3 years of production, marketing, or graphic design experience.
Proficient in written and spoken English.
Experience with WordPress and Elementor.
Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse design work.

Responsibilities

Create and enhance responsive web layouts, with WordPress/Elementor focus.
Develop visuals for social media campaigns across platforms.
Design infographics, case studies, flyers, and marketing collateral.
Produce signage, banners, and printed materials for events.
Create presentation decks for internal and client-facing needs.
Edit photos and videos, including captions and motion graphics.
Design product mockups and digital ads for campaigns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and brand consistency.
