Job summary

Dash Staff is seeking a creative, trend-aware Social Media Content Creator to join a remote, part‑time team. You will craft platform-native content for LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube, focusing on short‑form videos, captions and scripts that align with the client’s brand voice.

You will stay on top of trends, develop fresh concepts, manage a content calendar, and collaborate with a remote team to deliver engaging content and measurable growth for the client’s online presence.

Qualifications

Experience creating content for social media platforms, particularly short‑form video.
Strong understanding of current social media trends, platform best practices, and digital content strategies.
Proficiency with video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software.
Excellent written English communication skills for captions, scripts, and collaboration.
Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
Ability to manage a content calendar and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Reliable internet connection and the ability to work remotely with overlapping client business hours.

Responsibilities

Content Creation: Develop and produce engaging short‑form videos, graphics, and written content for LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube.
Trend Research & Content Development: Stay informed about current social media trends and identify opportunities to incorporate relevant trends into content.
Social Media Management: Schedule and publish content according to the content calendar; ensure content is optimized for each platform; maintain brand voice.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor engagement, reach, follower growth, views, shares and saves; provide basic reports and suggest improvements; collaborate with the client team.
