You will own strategy and execution, from content creation to engagement, outreach, and relationship building, focusing on meaningful conversations and inbound interest.

This contractor role requires hands-on growth experience, especially with LinkedIn, Canva, and scheduling tools.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5+ years of social media management experience, preferably in B2B, HR, recruitment, or service-based businesses.
• Strong ability to create engaging, professional, and conversion-focused content.
• Experience in community engagement and relationship-driven outreach.
• Familiarity with scheduling tools, analytics platforms, and CRM or tracking systems.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a social media growth strategy focused on LinkedIn, including company page and founder visibility.
• Create, write, edit, and publish high-quality content including posts, carousels, and engagement-driven copy.
• Build and manage a consistent content calendar aligned with services and business goals.
• Manage daily platform activity including scheduling, comments, and audience engagement.
• Support founder and executive personal branding through content creation and profile positioning.
• Monitor trends, conversations, and audience behavior to identify growth opportunities.
• Conduct outbound prospecting and warm outreach on LinkedIn in a professional and brand-aligned manner.
• Nurture relationships with potential clients and partners to generate qualified conversations.
• Track and analyze key metrics such as engagement, follower growth, and lead generation.
• Provide regular reports with insights, recommendations, and actionable next steps.
• Coordinate with designers or freelancers to produce brand-consistent visual content.
