Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Videographer, Video Editor, or similar role.

• Knowledge of camera operation, lighting setups, and audio recording.
• Strong creative and storytelling skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Fresh graduates with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content for marketing, branding, and digital platforms.
• Set up and operate cameras, lighting, audio, and other production equipment.
• Direct on-camera talent and ensure proper framing, lighting, and sound quality.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams for content concepts and storyboards.
• Manage production schedules and shooting timelines.
• Edit raw footage into engaging, high-quality video content.
• Add graphics, animations, subtitles, sound effects, and background music.
• Ensure videos align with brand identity and content strategy.
• Optimize videos for different platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, e-commerce platforms).
• Maintain organized media files and project archives.
• Support content campaigns, product launches, and promotional shoots.
• Assist in creative planning and content development.
• Adapt content for various formats (short-form, long-form, ads, live content).
• Continuously improve video quality and storytelling techniques.
