Job summary

Magic is seeking a proactive scripting partner to research, ideate, and write polished short-form scripts (30–60s) for multiple clients. You will leverage Claude for research, adhere to templates and formatting, and deliver scripts at least 48 hours before film days.

This remote, full-time role requires strong pattern recognition across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. You will collaborate with the team to build out the scripting SOP and support client communications in a deadline-driven

Qualifications

Experience writing structured short-form scripts (30–60s) with hooks and formatting.
Proven ability to research and reverse‑engineer top-performing content.
Hands-on use of Claude or similar AI tools for research and script generation.
Ability to generate ideas and scripts across multiple client accounts.

Responsibilities

Research top-performing content on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube for client niches.
Generate client-specific content ideas and provide proactive suggestions.
Write full short-form scripts using client templates, with hooks and formatting.
Ensure scripts follow color-coding/formatting systems and templates.
Deliver scripts at least 48 hours before film days; support communications.
Assist with AI-assisted workflow and SOP development as processes mature.
