Qualifications

• Proven experience writing 30–60 second scripts with hooks and formatting.
• Experience using Claude or similar AI tools for research and script generation.
• Ability to research and reverse‑engineer top‑performing content into scripts.
• Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube across multiple niches.

Responsibilities

• Content Research: Scrape and identify top‑performing content on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube within client niches; track engagement patterns; inform idea direction.
• Idea Generation: Generate client‑specific content ideas based on proven performance; proactively bring suggestions.
• Script Writing & Formatting: Write full short‑form scripts (30‑60 seconds) using templates; ensure formatting consistency; deliver ahead of film days.
• AI‑Assisted Workflow & Tools: Use Claude and other AI tools to speed up scripting; work across G Suite and MS 365.
• Client & Process Support: Communicate with clients and help develop scripting SOPs; handle delegated tasks.
