MAIDEHAO TRADING CORP. is seeking a creative Content Scriptwriter to develop 20–25 short-form video scripts daily, aligned with products and campaign directions.

You will structure scripts for retention, leverage TikTok trends, and ensure clear execution for in-house hosts. The role emphasizes storytelling techniques, natural integration of product benefits, and adapting tone to target audiences such as moms and families.

Responsibilities

• Develop 20–25 short-form video scripts daily based on products and campaign directions.
• Structure scripts for maximum viewer retention and conversion.
• Create scripts aligned with TikTok trends, formats, and viral mechanics.
• Ensure scripts are clear, concise, and easy for in-house hosts / creators to execute.
• Apply strong storytelling techniques, including problem-solution, emotional triggers, and relatable scenarios.
• Integrate product benefits/ KSP/ campaigns naturally into the contents.
• Adapt tone and messaging based on target audience (e.g., moms, fafamilies, etc.).
• Follow brand voice, tone, visual and messaging guidelines.
• Maintain consistency across all scripts and campaigns.
• Ensure originality in all outputs (AI-generated scripts are accepted, but polished it to sounds more humane rather than robotic).
• Collaborate with the content team for script optimization and revisions.
• Assist in content planning, scheduling, and posting coordination.
• Revise scripts based on feedback loops.
